We sell premium roasted coffee beans, blends, merchandise, and related accessories in 1 lb bags and other sizes. All products are described as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, colors, or packaging will be error-free. Coffee is a perishable, fresh-roasted product. Flavor profiles are subjective and may vary by roast date, brewing method, or personal taste.3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Site or place orders. Accounts are for personal use only. You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for all activity under your account.4. Orders, Pricing, and Payments
We ship within the United States (and internationally where permitted). Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Coffee is perishable; we use insulated packaging and recommend prompt use after delivery. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. For fresh-roasted coffee, we aim to ship within 1–3 business days of roasting.6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Because coffee is a fresh food product, we accept returns only on unopened, unexpired bags within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping). Opened bags are non-returnable except in cases of manufacturing defect or damage in transit. Merchandise follows our standard 30-day policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please contact support@smokinghatcoffee.com with your order number before returning.7. Product Disclaimers and Allergens

We ship within the United States (and internationally where permitted). Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Coffee is perishable; we use insulated packaging and recommend prompt use after delivery. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. For fresh-roasted coffee, we aim to ship within 1–3 business days of roasting.6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Because coffee is a fresh food product, we accept returns only on unopened, unexpired bags within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping). Opened bags are non-returnable except in cases of manufacturing defect or damage in transit. Merchandise follows our standard 30-day policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please contact support@smokinghatcoffee.com with your order number before returning.7. Product Disclaimers and Allergens
- We make no warranties about taste, freshness beyond the roast date, or health benefits. Coffee consumption is at your own risk.
- Some products may contain or be processed in facilities that handle common allergens (nuts, dairy, etc.). Always check labels.
- We do not make medical, dietary, or health claims. Consult a physician before using if you have sensitivities.
All content on the Site (logos, “Smoking Hat” name and imagery, product photos, videos, and text) is owned by or licensed to Smoking Hat Coffee. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding without written permission. User-generated content (reviews, photos) becomes our property and may be used for marketing.9. User Conduct and Content
You agree not to:
- Submit false reviews or spam.
- Attempt to hack or interfere with the Site.
